My name is Matthew Stapleton and I just want to tell stories. I grew up with 4 channels on the TV, a VCR and a lot of imagination. These stories are a product of that. They are for all the times I watched Home Alone and thought "What really is Old man Marleys story?" it's for every time I watched Jaws 2 and thought "That Mayor is covering something up!" So I started writing the stories and found myself a team of 3 like-minded artists who have been working to bring my imagination to life.

Mark Hooley  is the artist charged with bringing the dead to life for the ongoing comic series 'Die hard of the dead'. Jess Forrest  is originally from Bromsgrove, where she developed an interest in art and illustration from an early age, thanks to her comic-obsessed Dad.  She moved to Brighton to study Fine Art, which is where she now lives and works.  In the past she's worked on a number of projects, including album covers and event posters, as well as a number of private commissions.

Harry Utton  is a practising illustrator. He has been drawing since he was able to pick up a pencil, but it has only been the last couple of years that he has been doing it on a professional level. Harry is self-taught and constantly learning new skills.  His main line of work is his business   Murky Appare    l  , an independent clothing brand which combines high quality, ethical clothing combined with artistic designs – 'luxury geek-wear'.  He is a massive fan of anything 80's especially movies, with his favourite movie of all time being Big Trouble in Little China.
