Ghostbusters: New Year! New Fear!

With New Year approaching it got me to thinking about one of my favourite New Years Eve set movies, Ghostbusters 2! As a kid desperate for more Ghostbusters action in my life I imagined the below.

After the events of New Year’s Eve 1989 a New Year brings a NEW FEAR! People begin going missing on mass across the city, just vanishing without trace. Dana and Winston are amongst the growing missing populous. Egon, Peter, and Ray investigate the strange phenomena desperately searching for answers.  It turns out that people who are breaking their new year’s resolutions are being dragged to another dimension. It falls to the Ghostbusters to save the day once more!

The Ghostbusters are great characters. I followed with HUGE excitement all the rumours of a third sequel over the past 20 something years, just hoping to get a glimpse of them together once more. Ghostbusters: Afterlife did not disappoint.

I don’t know what’s next in store but I would still like to see what Dan Aykroyds’s Ghostbusters 3: Hellbent script would have been like.

Aurora

“I'm going on the Aurora. It's a floating asylum for shark addicts: 18 months at sea pure research.”

Ever since I heard Matt Hooper utter this line I have imagined what could have happened aboard the Aurora. Rhys Wootton and I are teaming up to tell this tale and I can’t wait to get this one out of my head.

Rhys has created a beautiful poster which we have a limited number of available for purchase (100). So why not get on board as we prepare to embark on this adventure.
